Job Description:

Our Client are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Sandwich. This role involves providing vital administrative support to their admin department and Office Manager, liaising with clients, and maintaining their company systems.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the admin department and Office Manager.
  • Communicate with clients via telephone and email.
  • Coordinate with Accounts and Sales departments.
  • Assist Account Managers with preparing and following up on paperwork.
  • Maintain and update company systems.
  • Support other departments as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
